The spa experience, particularly the lavender ritual, provided the perfect blend of relaxation and nature immersion.

The spacious grounds lacked engaging activities for families, with little in the way of cozy social spaces.

Really well appointed and spotless room with a delightful view over garden. Very very helpful personnel, extremely comfy bed. Location close enough to the city center, gateway to Gauja National Park and the restaurant 10 starts.

We had a boss time! The superior room was dead spacious with stunning views and proper comfy. The breakfast was spot on, loads of delicious options. Only downside was the sauna could've been longer, felt a bit rushed. Definitely coming back!

The serenity of the forest setting is hard to beat. It's peaceful, surrounded by trees. The breakfast buffet deserves a mention too-it's bold and bursting with tasty delicacies that's sure to satisfy any morning appetite.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was a hassle, with some serious glitches. Soundproofing between rooms left something to be desired, as noises from neighboring guests became apparent and disrupted the tranquility. I also wish the sauna facilities were included in the room price. Access was like an extra charge on top of the already steep room rates. The cleanliness of the windows needed attention. They really called out for a good scrub. While the ambiance and some amenities were pleasant, there are several areas that need improvement.

Really good breakfast experience

It was just a great fit for a short visit in Cesis with great value for money. The staff were accommodating, even allowing us to take our meals to the room when the restaurant got too noisy. To enjoy the peaceful area, take some time exploring the nearby nature paths for a real treat.

We loved the no noise around and spacious superior room with a fine view. The highlight was the amazing breakfast that was great and the attentive staff.

We thought nothing would catch our interest but ended up enjoying dinner that was so great.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.

The staff was competent and responsive, ensuring a smooth arrival and throughout the stay. the room was a nice size and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed and a fantastic relaxing view of the forest. the fast check-in and check-out procedure added to the luxurious overall experience.

The breakfast at the restaurant was fabulous. the units are reasonably large with a comfortable bathroom and a nice interior. the staff were friendly. the setting is absolutely perfect, close to nature, public transport, and the Gauja National Park.
